“Integrated Retail Management Consulting– Aspire Services” (IRMC–A) and “Ibtikar Management Services” (IMS) present “Reach for Excellence”, a unique management service empowering the retailers and service industry of Dubai to seek certification and membership with the prestigious “Dubai Service Excellence Scheme” (DSES).

The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme is offered by the Dubai Economic Department for the retail and service sectors.

The objective of the scheme is to develop the service attitude and skills among the retail sector in order to ensure extensive customer satisfaction and Facilitate the promotion of uniform criteria by assisting the participating outlets, to understand and apply the norms of customer satisfaction.

Ibtikar Management Services (IMS)
IMS offers management-consulting services in the areas of performance management, process improvements and quality initiatives. IMS is a leader in Quality management in Dubai and has been offering its consulting services to the largest of enterprises in the region since 1998.

IMS offers performance management consulting services through an accomplished team of quality and process consultants. IMS today has the proud distinction having the largest concentration of Lead Assessors for Dubai Quality Awards

David Jalili
A Chartered Engineer and MBA (UK), Management Partner of Ibtikar Management Services (IMS). His specific focus area is consulting for Performance Management. David has extensive management and consultancy experience including 10 years with Esso Petroleum Company (Exxon) in UK, 6 years with KPMG Peat Marwick as Senior Consultant in London and Consultancy Manager in the UAE, 5 years as GM in advisory and project implementation with the Government of Dubai and 2 years as GM of Gulf Investment Services.

Najwa Abdul Kader
Najwa an Associate Consultant with Ibtikar Management Services (IMS) has extensive experience primarily in the UAE banking industry, where she has assumed various roles and responsibilities over a period of 17 years in three major banks in Dubai. Najwa is a Lead Assessor for the Dubai Quality Award, where she has participated in the last three cycles of the award. She is also an Assessor for the DSES – Dubai Service Excellence Scheme.


Jude Chagas Pereira
Jude is a chartered accountant, with experience in various aspects of business and financial consulting. Jude has over the years been the Chief Financial Officer of Insyst Technologies (now acquired by ICICI Infotech) and Director of Xmediaries. Jude provides process consulting and is also a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 – 2000.

 
Bikash Kumar
A Master of Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, has been consulting with IRMC in 1997. He has worked with Madura Garments at Bangalore, India for 4 years in retail management and then brand management for leading apparel and lifestyle brands. Bikash’s consulting experience spans varied vertical segments such as apparel, grocery, accessories and telecom products. He has been instrumental in devising retail processes and strategy for several large retail chains.

Sanjay Mehta
Sanjay is a qualified Chartered accountant and is currently a partner with N.R. Doshi & Co, which is a member firm with DFK International. Sanjay has over 14 years of experience in the industry. Sanjay has been involved in Statutory Audit for medium to large companies, in Internal Audits and Development of accounting procedure, manuals and reporting systems in UAE.
